About The Founder
R. Vijayalakshmi has over a decade of experience in the field of education. She has been trained to teach at and start Montessori’s worldwide by Association, Montessori Trained from IMTC Masters in Counselling Psychology University of Madras.
R. Vijayalakshmi holds Graduated in Nutrition PG in Human Resources Management, Training of school Counsellor - Mental wellbeing of Kids from NIMHANS Bangalore and also, Wellbeing Volunteer program on Mental health -NIMHANS Bangalore.

We at Glowing minds help kids to bring out their real talents by providing an innovative method of learning and skill development experience to them. We strongly believe that every child has a special talent and it all needs proper guidance to bring it out and expose to the world. We provide the environment which is inviting, pleasant and nurturing which acts as catalyst by stimulating their thoughts, and it also helps them to be active throughout the session. We follow Montessori Method to educate our lads to make them highly engaged in studies and acquire proper knowledge to attain high values.

My daughter 3years old Amatullah has been since 3moths for phonics,n she love to go for class as teacher polite and she even trys to speak some English words As of now I hv stop the class because of covid but in sure will rejoin her once again As my daughter miss class and her teacher lot

This is the only place till date where I have seen child appropriate progress and coaching. Each child has a unique way of learning and unique pace of learning. Each child is given.independent attention and worked upon. Hats off viji this is not easy what you are doing. You are creating the next future leaders. Great to have known you and had my son in your program for over two years. I still wish we had the time and distance to come over for classes again.
